I’ve heard anecdotally from diabetics that IF works really well for them, cool to see studies on it. That being said I wish the title of this post more accurately reflected the content of the article
I’m not diabetic (or at least not diagnosed yet), but I can anecdotally confirm it works for me. I’ve lost almost 10 pounds over 3 months without changing what I eat and just stopping eating outside of an 8-hour window. No need to count calories or avoid anything.
