There’s always someone like you, lol.
Glad I’ve learned to just cut you out and move on.
Have a nice day!

It’s really annoying navigating a filesystem in the shell.
Either you remember exactly where a file is located, have a reference, or you’re going to be doing a lot of “ls, cd, ls, cd”.
If you’re genuinely confused, it’s because a lot of people live broken lives and it brings them joy to bring others down.
Not that I’ve found, but they may be out there.
Yes, the scaling sucks in LMMS and I don’t think the devs care to fix it.
The politics of FOSS are 100% why I have next to no interest in getting involved beyond small fixes if I come across them.
I’m not going to argue with a bunch of neurodivergent people about good design.
Dude, reading up on the explanation for including a fucking Trash in the freedesktop specification was really eye opening to me.
It’s like these 🧩 honestly need an explanation for why a Trash feature is necessary.
Here it is: https://specifications.freedesktop.org/trash-spec/trashspec-latest.html
but maybe it’s now or never
That’s a real damn shame, because X is causing no issues for me.
It’s weird. As soon as (or even before) something is stable, people are already moving on to the next thing.
That’s a good way to have a broken system in perpetuity.
The more I program, the more I realize hacks like these are the direct result of someone doing something wrong somewhere.
It really is.
I’ve learned a lot about language by coming up with names and seeing other people’s.
I think we are blessed with things like set/get. Such wonderful, simple, short concepts that compliment each other so well.
And they rhyme.
Good. Those things need work.
But expect a lot of your complaints to fall on deaf ears unless you’re willing to do the work yourself.
A lot of people in the open source ecosystem really don’t understand good design.
VLC, however, is one that does.
Looks great to me.
KDE
It’s like a swiss-army knife of DEs.
I try to make it look like Windows 7.
