Again, this just points to how you interpreted this image based off your cognitive bias. To you, one photo is positive, another is negative. That’s interesting. I don’t denote their differences as being positive or negative. They just are to me. There is no objective view of these things.

  • I think what you really mean is that you have acknowledged your bias. You take in information based on your own cognitive biases, including your appraisal of these two messages.

To me they both seem neutral in language. Neither states anything directly about the candidate, other than having information about them. This is an example of my bias. I’m not American so I don’t have the same emotional reactions that lead me to believing one or the other is more biased. To me the only thing I can say is that the Republican one is a stylized photo whereas the bottom one looks to be a photograph.

  • We’re witnessing an all out war on the working class. My workplace had 4 years of 100% remote work and we changed all of our systems and processes to be optimized for a distributed wfh workforce. We too just got the order that starting October we no longer have telework as a perk. 5 days onsite no exceptions.

We have studies and countless surveys proving how much productivity and employee happiness improved, but that literally doesn’t mean anything because senior managers want butts in seats because corporate real estate will lower in valuation if there aren’t butts in seats.

Wouldn’t it be wild if all government work was located in Microsoft’s M365 services? Like imagine all government data living on a SharePoint site on an E5 M365 tenant. Like if every single citizen processing service was a PowerApps application? Imagine what would happen if Microsoft had an outage or a hack?

How easy would it be for a foreign adversary to take out a country by only focusing its attacks on a single company? Gosh what a hellscape that would be.
