Its not even close. For example, end-to-end encryption is standard in the west. In China its heavily restricted and basically non-existant.

Did he do so?
The last I heard was that he wasn’t ruling out sending ground troops to Ukraine – which is what UK is already doing. Mind, that ground troops aren’t soldiers per se, but mostly technical personell supporting the usage of weapons, for example repairing equipment and helping with the programming of missiles. But I haven’t heard any plans from him – just the classical strategic ambiguity.
But to be honest, I don’t follow french politics in detail.
Thats simply incorrect. For example ‘Deutschlandfunk Der Tag’ did a long series (~5 hours) about the impact of the war on Palestinians living under Hamas occupation during the war and their feelings towards Israel. They even did a Meta-report ‘How much attention does the dying in Gaza get in german media’ where they interviewed Salma Abuzaina, a Palestine activist in germany.
Maybe you just don’t consume public funded media if you haven’t heard any report about it. The conflict between reporting on Palestinian deaths and Isreali deaths without negating the suffering of any of the parties is a huge topic in german media.
Thats not the definition of a genocide… Germany killed 1 % of the french population in WW2 and its wasn’t a genocide.
A genocide is characterized by the intention to annihilate a people. And while the far right in Israel is voicing support for a genocide, the current offensive is definitely not a genocide. This doesn’t mean that its not against international law or just. But it simply doesnt fit the definition of a genocide – no matter how often you call it that way.
They said once that it did cost them more to create phantom liberty and Update 2.0 than they will ever get back – but it was an investment into their reputation, not primary a business decision.
Thats due to 0 economic knowledge of the author. The article says 49 mil profit, which should be revenue. If you mix up such basic figures I wouldn’t trust any other ‘analysis’ of the article.
Its actually more environmental friendly to use a diesel generator to load an EV, than using internal combustion engines. Their are just really inefficient.
With increasing the necessary streams to 1000 it will get better, since AI mass produced music won’t get any share anymore.
“Spotify already pays nearly 70% of every dollar it generates from music to the record labels and publishers that own the rights for music, and represent and pay artists and songwriters," it continues.
The problem isn’t the streaming platforms (unless you want to pay more for your streaming service), but the record labels. Spotify never made profit.
Its not open source, but if you really want to you can use an offline version. In this case no data gets shared at all.
I use Typewise. A swiss company, by far the best keyboard layout and they don’t use any data from what you type.
Pretty sure North America looked different in 2015 AD.
And Russia completely missing. Russia is the biggest profiteer of this war by far!
Otherway round would be a lot more useful. Block idiots who pay Elon for his new ‘X’.
How did Larian do it? Its not really a major studio, just average size. And Baldurs Gate 3 runs perfectly on it. The Mac Book Pro with the M2 gets rock staple 60 FPS on max in 1440p - even though its not the most demanding game, still really impressive for a Laptop.
Thats why most capitalist nations do have a public broadcast additionally to freedom of the press.
I use FF on android for a couple months now. Solid browser and sync to desktol and add blocker are nice.
BUT: their page reloading is far too aggressive. You can’t buy anything online, since once 2FA is required and you need to open your bank app, confirm, and switch back, the page reloads and the 2FA didn’t get through. Tickets and such are the only reason I have still chrome installed.
It gets even better if you consider that a significant share of people play it through GOG.
I did say the exact opposite…
