Everyone on dbzer0 has the power to downvote content they don’t think should be on the site, which means even if a mod does a false negative, the masses may still put the content at the bottom of the feed and express that it’s unacceptable.
Hexbear is super transphobic. Half the people there think dronegender is a fake gender and call dronegender people trolls who are making fun of trans people, because they don’t have the open mindedness necessary to accept a new identity with curiosity instead of hatred. I even got banned for saying gender neutral pronouns exist, because the admins are offended by the idea “they” is a pronoun which does not assign a gender to the referent.
You definitely did not get banned for the reason you stated. You’re in fact doing the thing you got banned for right now by trying to define nonbinary people as not being a gender. Nonbinary isn’t a gender. It’s an umbrella term encompassing thousands of genders. Your insistence that nonbinary people are only one gender is exactly why I say Hexbear is full of transphobes who think of themselves as allies, but whose minds are far too closed.
